The Barclay at South Park, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located on a 10.5-acre campus at 6010 Fairview Road, Charlotte, NC. The CCRC will have 165 Independent living rental apartments with one and two-bedroom floor plans that range from approximately 700 to 1,550 square feet. The CCRC will have multiple amenities including a Clubhouse for residents to gather. The Clubhouse will feature opportunities for formal and informal dining, a corner market with all day service, wireless internet, a business center, billiards and card rooms, and a ballroom. The on-site wellness center provides an array of wellness programs for the Residents. Facilities and services include state-of-the-art fitness equipment, exercise classes, indoor heated pool and certain wellness education programs. The community will include a Healthcare Center consisting 28 Skilled Nursing Beds and 92 assisted living Beds. The community is expected to be completed late 2019

CARY, NC, October 26, 2017— Liberty Senior Living, a division of Liberty Healthcare Group, announced the ground breaking of Brightmore of Cary, a proposed continuing care retirement community (CCRC) to be located at 1801 Kildaire Farm Road. The community will include 201 upscale independent living residences with a variety of floorplan options, as well as a 110-bed healthcare center that will provide assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care services.

Purvis described Brightmore of Cary as having a resort-like atmosphere, with concierge and valet services, an onsite spa, an indoor pool and an active wellness center that will provide an array of wellness programs and where residents may receive highly personalized attention utilizing state of the art fitness equipment. Purvis also spoke about the numerous and varied dining options where delicious, nutritious meals will be cooked to individual specifications, plus the weekly maid service, scheduled transportation and community-wide wireless internet.
Strategically located in a thriving section of Cary, Brightmore of Cary will encompass 20 heavily wooded acres across from WakeMed Cary Hospital, with immediate access to various shops and restaurants, as well as to Highway 64.
